SOUTHERN ADIRONDACK HEALTH INITIATIVE

Remove Barriers to Healthcare for our Neighbors in the Southern Adirondacks

At the Southern Adirondack Health Initiative, we believe communities where everyone has access to essential healthcare services. We strive to connect resources and support to individuals while fostering a collaborative spirit among local partners.

SAHI is a 501c3 organization. Your donations support our yearly free healthcare clinic and our year round efforts to share healthcare education and resources with our community.

Healthy Adirondack Communities, Our Commitment

Key Milestones in Our Community Health Journey

Since we came together to host our first RAM free healthcare clinic, we’ve been dedicated to enhancing healthcare access for our community. We started with a vision to host a free healthcare clinic and are gradually expanding our reach. Each milestone reflects our commitment to promoting wellness and offering support when it matters most. From our initial events to ongoing health initiatives, we continue to strive for positive impact.

Our First Free Clinic

In 2021, we hosted our inaugural RAM free healthcare clinic, providing essential services to over 300 individuals in the community at the Washington County Fairgrounds.

Increase Awareness and Service

In 2025 we launched our website and presence on social media as part of our committment to increasing awareness about our RAM clinic in the spring and other local healthcare services.
